I oversaw audience development and operations for year-round programs and events at The American Film Institute. I planned and marketed film premieres, panels, and special events. This included writing and editing content for digital marketing, printed materials, and press releases. My work in customer data analysis was used to make informed improvements to marketing and operations. During my tenure with AFI, I served as the lead Washington, DC staff member on a bi-coastal team and was promoted from Manager, Programming Operations to Senior Manager, Operations & Special Projects.
